3. Affiliate Disclosure & Pricing

TraveleSIM operates through affiliate partnerships. When you click on a provider's link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from that provider. This does not affect the price you pay. While we strive to keep our data accurate and updated in real-time, prices and plan details are controlled by the respective providers and are subject to change without notice.

4. Third-Party Transactions & Support

When you select a plan, you will be redirected to the official website of the chosen provider to complete your transaction. Your relationship, payment, and data contract are strictly with that third-party provider.

Refunds: TraveleSIM cannot issue refunds. Any refund requests must be directed to the provider from whom you purchased the eSIM.
Technical Support: Issues regarding QR codes, network connection, APN settings, or internet speed must be resolved by contacting your provider's official customer support.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TraveleSIM and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our comparison tool or from the failure of any third-party eSIM service.
