Direct Provider Transactions

TraveleSIM does not process or accept payments. All transactions, billing inquiries, and refund requests must be directed to the official network provider where you completed your purchase.

1. The Purchasing Process

TraveleSIM functions as an independent comparison engine for eSIM data plans. When you click "Checkout", "Buy Now", or "Select" on our platform, you are securely redirected to the official website of the third-party network provider (such as Digitravel, Airalo, Nomad, or Holafly).

Because you complete the checkout process on their platform, your financial transaction, payment data, and service contract are exclusively handled by that specific provider.

2. Payment Security & Billing

We do not store, process, or have access to any of your payment methods, credit card details, or billing addresses. Any charges on your bank statement will appear under the name of the official provider you purchased from, not TraveleSIM.

3. Refund Policy

TraveleSIM cannot issue refunds, cancel subscriptions, or reverse transactions.

If you encounter an issue with your eSIM—such as activation failures, slow internet speeds, or accidental purchases—you must request a refund directly from the provider's customer support team. Each provider has its own distinct refund policy:

4. Disputes and Chargebacks

In the event of a payment dispute or a chargeback request, you must coordinate with your bank and the official provider. TraveleSIM is entirely separate from the transaction flow and cannot intervene in or resolve financial disputes on your behalf.

5. Contacting Providers

If you need to request a refund, please refer to the confirmation email you received after purchasing your eSIM. That email will contain the contact information and support links for the specific provider that issued your digital SIM.
